A seasoned attorney on Rogers Townsend’s mortgage banking and creditor services team, Brian represents servicers and lenders on matters of consumer and commercial debt recovery and creditors’ rights. He also handles matters involving real estate, to include title insurance claims and title resolution.
Brian is active in the local community, volunteering his time with youth sports.
