Bob Wood concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with particular emphasis in commercial litigation, business torts, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, and appeals. He has been called on several times in the last few years to observe and assist lawyers in other firms as they protect the trial record for a possible appeal. He also counsels attorneys on legal ethics and defends legal malpractice suits and grievances. In 2016, Bob was appointed by Governor Nikki Haley to the South Carolina Board of Accountancy.
He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2013 for Banking and Finance Law and in Commercial Litigation. He has also been listed in Super Lawyers for Business Litigation. He has an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell.
