Insurance and Construction Professionals: Join Us In Music City!
January 17, 2018 | Construction Law Blog

As a member of the Steering Committee and Young Lawyer Liaison for the DRI Construction Law Committee, I am looking forward to our upcoming seminar at the Hilton Nashville Downtown in Nashville, TN from April 25–27, 2018.
This year’s informative and current “keynote” topic is “Building a Framework of Inclusion: Diversity in Construction,” which focuses on the trials of advancement within the industry in the face of an increasing labor shortage. Our exceptional faculty includes leading specialists who will share their expertise in the diagnosis and exclusion of brain-injured plaintiffs; the drafting of contractual liability limitations; and coverage triggers, tenders, and the right to independent counsel. We are fortunate this year to have an OSHA area director and leading speaker on the recent changes to the law under the current administration. Industry leaders from the plaintiffs’ bar will speak to the newest claims, and recognized experts will offer opinions on the newest technology used to investigate losses.
At the seminar, expect to gain insight on:
- How to defend TBI cases effectively
- An understanding of plaintiff’s claims for defective products
- How to handle the OSHA regulations from an insider
- Emerging national construction litigation trends
- How to grasp contractor insurance products and coverage information
- The advantages of a diverse workforce, from a renowned panel
- And much more!
Additionally, if you are an insurance professional, please contact me to learn how you might be able to register for the seminar for free as my guest!
See you in Music City!
