Kathryn Sistare

Kathryn is part of the Firm’s Health Care team, where she focuses on representing physicians, hospitals, and various health care providers in matters of professional liability and regulatory compliance. Additionally, she provides general insurance defense service for a range of clients.
Kathryn received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina where she was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2025. During law school, Kathryn volunteered her time for the South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy where she was a certified Guardian ad litem and served as the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society.
Following law school, Kathryn served as law clerk to the Honorable Carmen T. Mullen before starting her litigation practice.
