Diana Coada


Diana Coada is based in Charlotte and is an experienced complex claims litigator.  She works with the insurance defense teams across all Rogers Townsend offices handling construction, environmental, products, and professional liability claims. Diana’s practice includes contractual, equitable, and tort claims. She is admitted in South Carolina and North Carolina, including all federal district courts in both states. Diana is also licensed to practice in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In addition to her litigation work, Diana oversees the Firm’s community associations practice, representing planned communities in both South Carolina and North Carolina.  Her team handles collections, evictions, drafting and interpretations of governing documents, and litigation.  Diana also supervises the consumer collections department covering hearings and trials in both South and North Carolina and serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors.

A native of Moldova, she is fluent in Romanian and Russian.
