Spencer’s practice focuses on litigating complex civil cases in both state and federal courts across South Carolina and North Carolina. Primarily centered on representing companies, executives, and professionals in the aviation, construction, and maritime sectors, Spencer been instrumental in obtaining favorable results for clients in jury trials, in bench trials, and on appeal.
Spencer’s practice includes appellate litigation, aviation litigation, business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and real estate litigation.
Spencer earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he distinguished himself by receiving the CALI Award for the highest grade in Property, serving as a Notes Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, and serving as a student member of the E. Wycliffe Orr, Sr. American Inn of Court.
Prior to law school, Spencer acquired a solid foundation in finance and management, earning a B.B.A. in both disciplines from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. Residing in Greenville with his wife Hailey, he balances his professional life with personal interests like fly fishing and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
