Rob concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosures, contested foreclosure, evictions and other foreclosure related matters. His experience in these areas offers flexibility to handle a wide range of unique issues that are often present during a foreclosure action or bankruptcy proceeding.
As part of his commitment to the Rogers Townsend vision, Rob serves on the firm’s Policy Committee to ensure principled governance of our Firm and to continuously improve service to our clients. While in law school, Rob served on the Pro Bono Board and also served as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Richland County, SC.

When Rob is not in the office, he can be found growing fruits and vegetables for the white tailed deer to enjoy on his property. He is an enthusiastic cook and avid traveler, particularly in America’s National Parks.
