John P. Fetner

John primarily focuses his practice in the service of banks, lenders, servicers, title companies, and individuals in matters involving creation and recovery of commercial and consumer debt and loan collateral.  John further focuses his practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions, collections, and homeowner’s associations.  John graduated from the University of South Carolina at Columbia, with honors, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor.  While in law school, he served as a Law Clerk for the City of Columbia Legal Department.

Since graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008, John has represented mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, and substitute trustees in residential and commercial foreclosure actions and related litigation in North Carolina and South Carolina.
