Austin, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, practices with the Firm’s Community Association group working with planned communities on matters ranging from collections, evictions, and litigation. In addition to his community association work, Austin assist the Firm’s insurance defense team with a focus on construction defect.
After graduating from the University of Alabama Honors College, Austin attended Wake Forest Law where he served on the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
Outside of Rogers Townsend, Austin savors quality time with his family and friends. He is a fervent movie enthusiast, a fan of all Alabama sports (Roll Tide!), and an avid golfer. Austin is also passionate about bird hunting and delights in the company of his three dogs: Zeke, a Yellow Lab, Wrigley, a Mini Goldendoodle, and Murphy, a Black Lab.
